LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this place! I am new to the area, but out of everything seen this place was it for me. The layout of the apartments are efficient, and the interior is beautiful. The amenities are wonderful and useful, my favorite is the rooftop deck. Perfection location! Walkable distance to the campus, restaurants etc. The staff is amazing and they made the process super easy and were enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place and HIGHLY recommend. Management is great with communication and very quick to respond. All the amenities you would need and more. Such a comfortable place with a peaceful atmosphere. If your looking for somewhere to stay in the area, look no further!

Fantastic place! The leasing agents are friendly, helpful and thorough and the apartments are gorgeous. The kitchen is especially nice and the complex amenities are well cared for and beautiful. Great location close to UNC and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been living at one of the 3 apartment buildings for a few months now and our experience has been exceptional.

From the moment we walked in we were treated with warmth, civility and kindness. The management team proved efficient, resourceful and helpful throughout every step of the leasing process, and have not disappointed since.

The communal areas and amenities are kept in impeccable condition. The staff seem comfortable and friendly. The location is fantastic with affordable dining, snacking, and entertainment options, and we’re about 4 blocks from the downtown area which is flourishing.

Maybe most importantly the building feels incredibly safe, there are strict measures of security with Plan A, B and C for residents to get inside, in the event someone should lose their key, and our door has a deadbolt.

I feel safe, happy, and comfortable. 5 stars!

Can not thank the office staff enough!!! With everything going on they made my move to be closer to (downtown) Greeley simple and stress-free. I appreciate the consistent communication and the patience they gave me with all the little details about my apartment and what to expect at move-in. They really took the time to make me feel like I would be taken care of. My apartment was clean and absolutely flawless at move-in. My favorite part is how open and bright my home is. I would highly recommend based of quality, price and customer service. Thank you Apartments at Maddie!

Cannot recommend these apartments in Greeley enough. Unbeatable amenities and amazing attention to detail. I love the private patios! Plus, being close to downtown Greeley and UNC is so convenient. There’s nothing else like this in Greeley!
