The Apartments at Maddie are modern apartments in Greeley with an entire collection of community amenities – accessible to all three apartments – including a 24-hour gym, a pool, dog park, rooftop patio with fire pit, and on-site retail, plus apartments featuring stainless steel appliances, open floor plans, and walk-in closets, you can officially say you’ve found the perfect place to call home.
What are the parking options? Is there covered parking?
There is on-site parking at each of the communities. Currently, there is no charge for parking and one parking pass is issued per bedroom.
Are UTILITIES included with the cost of rent?
All utility fees are charged separately from rent. Residents are also responsible for setting up their own wifi.
Are these student apartments?
The Apartments at Maddie are not student housing, but we do welcome students in our community.
Do you offer low-income housing?
We do not.
What are the standard lease term options?
We offer lease terms ranging from 3 to 18 months. Please note that leases under 12 months include an additional monthly premium.
What is your pet policy?
There is a two-pet maximum. Pets are defined as dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Exotic pets are not permitted. There are no weight, age or breed restrictions. Pet fees do not transfer. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Vaccination records are required. Contact our office for details on pet fees.
Are the apartments furnished?
No, it is your responsibility to furnish the apartment.
Do the apartments come with a washer and dryer?
Yes, in every apartment.
When is rent considered ‘late’?
Rent is due on the first day of the month. Late fees are assessed as of the 9th of every month.

The Apartments at Maddie communities are located 1-3 blocks away from UNC’s campus.

How much is the rent deposit?
Standard security deposit is $1,000. A holding deposit of $250 is due at application and the remainder at move in. Additional deposit fees may be required based upon screening.

What are the requirements to be accepted? Do you run a credit check?
Credit and background checks are completed on all applicants. We require a rent to income ratio of 2 times the rent for lease holders or 5 times the rent for co-signers.
How much are application fees?
Our application fee is $25.00 per applicant, $15.00 per guarantor. A holding deposit of $250.00 is also due at time of application.
How do I apply? Do I have to come into the Leasing Office?
All applications and fees are submitted online. Our leasing office is located at 1540 8th Avenue in Greeley. Lease online today!
